(177.72 sq. m).

Aaryan originally purchased and registered the apartment on June 30, 2024, for Rs. 17.5 crore, jointly with his mother, Mala Tiwari. The purchase incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000, including two car parking spaces. There has been a dearth of rom coms lately. Moreso, post pandemic with the advent of the Ott platforms with unique subjects and genres from across the globe. Even the filmmakers who used to dish out content of this genre have moved on and it is not just the actors. What could an actor do if one is not offered such films!! It appears that Luv Ranjan has become the flag bearer for making light-hearted comedies with a sprinkle of romance. Actor Sunny Singh is looking at his film ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ as it has clocked in five years since its release.

He has struck a chord with the audience with his role in ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2’ and then ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ which was released in 2018. Both the films were helmed by Luv Ranjan, whom Sunny credits for all the love and recognition that the audience has bestowed him with.

Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan (“Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety”) will headline RSVP and Baweja Studios’ “Captain India,” to be directed by acclaimed filmmaker Hansal Mehta.

Inspired by one of India’s successful rescue missions from a war-torn country, Aaryan will play a pilot who spearheaded the operation and displayed exemplary bravery and courage in the process. Aaryan stars in Netflix’s upcoming film “Dhamaka,” a remake of 2013 Korean film “The Terror Live.”
