Namjachingoo (2018)
Flawless Acting.... Poetic Dialogues.....
Just like my headline shows, the acting of the both lead actors......the whole cast is flawless in this drama. Song Hye Kyo showed everyone again that even a simple storyline like this which is one dimensional, can be beautiful to watch. She found a good comrade in Park Bo Gum. They killed almost their every scene together(which is mostly the whole drama btw).
The emotional scenes towards the end is the highlight of this drama. Every time Hye Kyo had tears in her eyes, she made me cry(and i never cry watching dramas btw). She is the most beautiful crier I have ever seen in dramas.
Park Bo Gum played the role of a handsome man in his late twenties who is more mature than his peers of the same age. In the beginning one of his friends said that he had never seen him get angry or fight anyone. So I was waiting patiently, episode by episode just to see him get angry at anyone once. But it really never happened.
The story doesn't have many shades. It flows in only one direction. But the dialogues.............. man they are amazing. This drama has some great poetic lines.
So the summary of this nonsensical review is that Flawless acting and Poetic Dialogues can turn an ordinary story into an extraordinary drama.
Chu Qiao zhuan (2017)
A Great but frustrating Season 1
Before I say anything about this series, I should tell you all that I have already read the book before watching the series. So I knew the whole story even before starting the first episode and by the way..... the book is awesome.
There are some little changes here and there from the book because of some author's plagiarize controversy but even then I instantly fell in love with the drama series.
Zhao Liying was amazing in bringing 'The valiant General of Xiuli Army' character to life. Lin Gengxin was the perfect fit for the role of 'The cold and distant yet kind and warm' young master of the Yuwen manor.
I knew beforehand that there will be some hardships for our both lead characters in the beginning but I also knew that the good times will come. So I waited and waited for 56 episodes but the good times never came. They ended the series right before when she started to realize that she loves him more than anything in this world.
I had to say the Ice Lake scene at the end is just as amazing as it depicted in the book. I had goosebumps watching that scenes come to life.
For those who haven't read the book, I don't know how they felt with the cliffhanger ending but for those who have read the book, I can surely say that it's frustrating.
Give us the Second season with the same cast as soon aspossible please.........That's all I have to say for now.
Xiang Mi Chen Chen Jin Ru Shuang (2018)
Enjoyed Waching This Drama.....
Well, i just completed watching this series, and to be honest, I liked it. It was not bad. This was my first time watching a series where i didn't know anything about the cast or the story. My way to watch a drama is to first research the story then find out about the actors who are working in the project. if nothing seems off then start the first episode.
I picked this drama up randomly because I was bored and had nothing to watch. I didn't do any research on it but it came as a surprise to me. I am used to drop long dramas where story take turns and fumbles from its original route but to my amaze I watched it all in a week. The story moved a little slow at first but it picked speed in the middle and towards the end it became addictive. Every actor did their parts fabulously but the one to shine the most in this series was the Jin Mi character. It was portrayed beautifully by Yang Zi. I have become a fan of her after watching her performance in this series.
Overall the summary of this long review is if you give this series a little bit of time towards the first phase of this drama, you will enjoy watching this series.
Fuyao (2018)
Yang mi never fails to deliver
This is the kind of the series that you would watch when you are not busy doing something important. Just a little warning, If you are then don't even think about starting this series. It's damn addictive. There was not a single episode that I didn't like. It would've been perfect if they explained the ending in one more episode. That was the only drawback i could find in this series.
I've been a fan of Yang Mi after seeing her work in Ten Miles Of Peach Blossom. Her chemistry with actor Ethan Juan is as amazing as it was with Mark Chao in TMOPB. She just never fails to amaze me.
Roy (2015)
You have to watch this movie before judging it.
Dekh Bhai The Movie is great.Whatever people say don't listen to them(If they say something bad about it).I've seen it & I enjoyed it so much.I'm sure that u'll like this movie too if u'll give it a try. Just give this movie a chance.I'm sure it'll grow on you.As far as the movie is concerned (Critic Mind), débutante Vikramjit singh Steps into Bollywood with slow paced and long.It Would've been more entertaining if they expand Ranbir's role.The Dialogues in the movie are astonishing. Everyone knows that the soundtrack of the movie is the very best. Even with his small role in the movie, Ranbir creates a huge impact on audience's mind.Jacqueline looks fabulous as usual.The luscious scenes from Malaysia will astonish you.You have to watch this movie before judging it.I'll give 10 stars but like every movie this movie has drawback of its own.I'm not going to spoil this movie for you.On a whole ROY is a Movie to be watched.So don't listen to anyone. Just go and see for yourself.
