SAP To Alloga Interface Process

SAP generates an EDI delivery order XML file after a sales order is approved and ready for delivery. The XML file is written to a local server and emailed to Alloga, who imports the file to pick, dispatch, and send a despatch confirmation XML file back to SAP to update the delivery and sales order.

EDI Interface Delivery order xml file is written on the local server and sent as email to the contact at Aloga

Receive .xml file

Generate EDI

Alloga Import DO .xml file Pick and despatch Despatch confirm
