That my sonis seeking admission in classin shah satnam ji girls college, sirsa. That my ward shall abide by the code of conduct of the college as mentioned in the college propects. That my ward shall neither carry nor use cell phone, in the college campus. He will attend the classes regularly. That my ward is physically and mentally fit to pursue his study. That the principal can rustication my ward from the college in case he is found indulged in anti-social activities like gagging,9ru9-addiction,copying etc. That the management shall not be liable to any damages/charges on account of injuries at any time during his stay in the college Balika Ashram or while taking part in studies,sport,extra curricular activities or on educational tour. I belive that the college extends great honor to secularism. No one is allowed to hurt the religious sentiment of other student or criticize the ideals of the institution. If my ward is found involved in such, strict action should be taken against him accordingly. That no fees will be refunded in case student is required to leave the college before the completion of session. That if my ward goes on an educational tour, I have no objection she will go at his own risk and responsibility. That my ward shall strictly abide by the above mentioned rules & regulations of balika ashram prescribed by the authorities concerned (for Boarders only) That my ward shall strictly abide by the above mentioned rules & regulation of the college during every academic session her stay in the college Deponent Verification
