Removing Removing The CPU Die

Follow the steps in Legend 4-1 Legend 5-1, Legend 9-1; before proceeding as below. Reverse the procedure to assemble CPU die.

Legend 10-1:
Use a flat screwdriver to loosen the CPU die in anticlockwise direction as shown by #1. Remove the CPU die as shown by #2.

To restore the system back to its assembled situation:


Reverse the steps in Legend 10-1. Reverse the steps in Legend 9-1. Reverse the steps in Legend 5-1. Reverse the steps in Legend 4-1.
