Connecting Three Notes On A String Scales: Advanced

Learning the entire guitar neck seems like an incredibly hard task for most guitar players. There is one exercise that opened the world of the guitar neck advanced to me more than any otherthree notes on a string scales. The idea is simpleplay a major scale playing three notes on every string of the guitar. Scales played in this way fall into seven forms, one starting on each note of the major scale. This workout shows how these seven forms connect on the neck.
Here are the seven forms of playing major scales using three notes per string shown in the key of F. In the video lesson, the metronome starts at 92bpm.

Here are the forms shown in the key of Bb. These forms start on the 5th form because that is the lowest form in the key of Bb you can play. Play as triplets eighth notes, ascending hammer-ons in one form and descending with pull-offs in the next. 5th Form (Starting on 5th)
