Minimum Lot Width:: Required Lot Size, Setback and Coverage

The RE-1 zone has the following minimum requirements: lot size of 40,000 square feet; lot width of 125 feet at the front and 25 feet at the street; setbacks of 50 feet from the street, 17 feet for sideyards with a minimum sum of 35 feet, and 35 feet for the rearyard. The maximum building height is 50 feet and building coverage cannot exceed 15% of the lot size. Developments must have 2 off-street parking spaces per dwelling unit and are limited to a maximum density of 0.5 units per acre.
