If 1/b+c , 1/c+a , 1/a+b are in AP. Then prove that a , b , c are also in AP. 2. What do you mean by diagonal matrix? 3. Find the 26th term of an A.P. 9, 6 ,3 ,0 ,-3 4. The sum of 3 numbers in A.P. is 21 and their product is 280. Find the numbers. 5. Give a example of rectangular matrix. 6. Define square matrix. 7. Find the 7th term and sum to 7 term of the G.P 3 , 6 , 12. 8. What do mean by matrix? 9. If A = 1 2 , then find A 4 -1 10. Write the formula for sum of n th term of A.P. series. 11.In a G.P. the common ratio is 2 and the sum of the first 10 terms is 2046. Find the first term. 12. If S , S , S are the sums of n, 2n and 3n terms respectively of a same GP then prove that S (S - S ) = ( S - S ) 13. What do you mean by permutation? 14. Define the fundamental rule of counting? 15. A bag contain 4 green and 6 red balls. The balls drawn without replacement. What is the probability if both tha ball are (i) red (ii) green.

16. Find the probability that a non-leap year should have fifty three Sundays. 17. Find the probability of drawing a king of red colour from pack of 52 cards. 18. A coin is tossed thrice. What is the probability of getting exactly one head or one tail? 19.Find the probability of not getting a total of 7 in a single throw with two dice. 20. What is circular combination?
