'VIVAR' (SHORT FICTION - JUNE 2012) selected for Pentedattilo International Film Festival, Italy-August 2012 WINNER- 5th ADVANTAGE INDIA FILM CONTEST, December 2012 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MF4mFHVJ50o Directed and produced 15 minute documentary on Omprakash Chavan, a folk artist from Maharashtra (September 2012) Directed and produced promotional featurette for ALLIANCE FRANCIASE, PUNE (December 2012). I have been working in the field of film research and production since the year 2006. I have worked as a film curator, in the capacity of a research associate at the Katha Centre for Film Studies (KCFS). Curated films JULY 2006 and JAN 2007 for 'IN THE SKY OF CINEMA' at Alliance Francaise, Mumbai organised by KCFS. Researched on films from the neo-realist period, the films of Tsai Ming-liang and West German films. (Research work attached). Organised and curated 5-day Rainer Werner Fassbinder retrospective at the Max Mueller Bhavan, Mumbai in collaboration with KCFS DEC 2007

I am a keen student of the film language and a quick learner of new sets of skills. I require training in the expertise of making films and am eager to expand my learning through practical hands-on experience. I hope to fulfill expectations and respect the concurrent work ethic.
