Ikram Fortnight Report

Fortnightly report Respected sir, I hereby inform you that I have joined Mobilink Jazz from 9th July for sake of the university requirement about internship. Brief introduction of the Mobilink Company was given in an orientation program by the Branch Manager. After that all internees were allocated to the different departments. 1st week Orientation given by Branch Manager. Introduction with employees. Learned about company rules and regulations. Filled some customer services form. Learned about how to change the number, address and package plan of the customers.

2nd Week Issued prepaid connections. Filled cellular services agreement forms for new postpaid connections. Dealt with customers directly in issuing new postpaid connections. Handled stationery. Worked on multiple Sims issued to one customer. Learned the procedure of issuing duplicate sim. Dealt with the customers directly and issued them duplicate sims.
