You are hereby informed that the day on or after the fifteenth day from the date of service of this notice has been filed for drawing up the proclamation of sale and settling the terms thereof. You are requested to bring to the notice of the undersigned any encumbrances, charges, claims or liabilities attaching to the said properties or any portion thereof. SPECIFICATION OF PROPERTY All that piece and parcel of property bearing Town Municipal Assessment No.9398, situated at Madhuvana Halli New Extension, Hunsur Road, K.R. Nagar Town, Mysore District, measuring East to West 82-0 feet and North to South 50-0 feet, in all measuring 4100 Square feet and bounded on: East : Property of Sidda Naika; West : Road; North KSRTC Site; and South: Private Property.
