SWOT Presentation

SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning tool that separates internal and external factors that may help or hinder a business's success into four categories: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It allows businesses to define goals, improve capabilities, overcome weaknesses, and identify threats that can become opportunities. A SWOT matrix compares internal strengths and weaknesses to external opportunities and threats. Strategies can then be developed by matching strengths to opportunities, weaknesses to opportunities, strengths to threats, or weaknesses to threats.
