But that should be already known. Any negativity towards other performers before, during or after the show will result in you and your entourage being removed from the facility. No Hating, Booing, or Harassing any of the artists who are performing on stage. No Sexual Harassment towards anyone male or female: Such as blowing kisses and making obscene gestures to people you don't know. No Whistling or Grabbing any body parts without permission. Anybody who violates this rule will be thrown out of the venue and/or disqualified from the event. No Stealing merchandise and/or products that don't belong to you No inappropriate behavior. Anybody who violates this rule will be thrown out of the venue and/or disqualified from the event Attention all Artist, please limit the cuss words (keep the vulgar language to a minimum) in your songs, it'll help you win the judges over. If during any time during In-Studio / Phone Interview **Profanity** or the **N** word is use, it is the sole discretion of the Program Producer or On-Air Host to stop the interview, if this does happen during your interview you may lose an opportunity promoting your music and you will not receive a REFUND back All artists dont discourage any other artists, please try and keep a positive mind and supports as well encourage each other. Hype Underground Cypher Series is a competition for rap / hip-hop artists testing their skills against YOU!!!
Each show will feature 12 artists performing in a 3 round competition with eliminations at the end of each round to find out who will move on to the next show ultimately naming that person

The West Coast Cypher Champion

COMPETITION BREAKDOWN Round 1 & 2 (Just Flow) 12 artists will be divided into two groups Each round will have 6 artists and randomly selected Each artist will have a 2 minute time limited Winner from around 1 automatically go to 3rd round Round 3 (Remix) Winner from round 1&2 will go head to head in which 2 artists must compete in a 3 minute freestyle battle, the winner moves ahead. RULES / GUIDELINES & Performance Agreement

**REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DEADLINE is 30 days before show NO EXPECTION**
Please review the following terms of agreement. These terms reflect the ethical standards to which Crown Fitted and Smooth Media Productions holds its performing artists responsible. Under Crown Fitted and Smooth Media Productions; all artists and performers MUST sign and agree to the following terms and conditions BEFORE performing in any show:

1) The Entry Fee is $175, if entry fee cannot be paid in full. A deposit of 87.50 and the reminding balance of $87.50 must be met by the 30 days deadline. IF NOT DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNBLE 2) After a 24 hours this is a binding contract and non-negotiable and the entry fee is non-refundable. 3) All artists entourage, including friends and family MUST pay to enter the show. NO EXCEPTIONS. 4) Do not bite (copy) someone else work. Your freestyle must be 100% original and your intellectual property right material. 5) Limited contain from vulgar words and sexually explicit lyrics. 6) The rap lyrics (punch line) should focus more on humor whether you mock or ridicule your opponent. 7) The organizer/promoter will appoint the timekeeper. He/She will be provided with a stopwatch and will be responsible for indicating the end of each round. The clock starts from the beginning of the first line spoken by the competitor. 8) Round 1& 2 time limited is two (2) minutes and round 3; time limited is three (3) minutes. 9) Artists that go over the time will be disqualified from the competition. 10) Each Artist must rhyme over the same beat as their opponent. 11) By participating in this event you permit the recording of your contributions and assign to us the complete copyright and all other rights in your contributions for use in all media. 12) Artists who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by us will be disqualified from the competition. 13) For the preliminary round of competition each artist will be given two (2) minute, in the final round each artist will be given three (3) minute. In case of a tie the HOST will make the decision. 16) All artists will be featured on website with links that you provide us 15) All artists must sell the require amount of 10 per-sale tickets of $10, anything over 10 you pocket the process.

Judging Criteria Audience-The artist who get the loudest crowd response moves ahead. Host- Each show the host has veto power and can be used to help or hinder an artist from moving forward. The judges will be under different rules. The judges will be looking for consistency and original lyrics, free-styling ability, stage presence, crowd participation, BEST PUNCH LINE

Hype Underground Cypher Series is a showcase for hip-hop artist that want their skills tested against their peers. The Cypher Series is our version of the X-Factor with a unique twist each show will feature twelve hiphop artists performing in a three round competition with eliminations at the end of each round to find out who will move on to the next show ultimately awarding one person a heavyweight championship belt crowning them the West Coast Cypher Heavyweight Champion plus the winner will receive a Video Shoot and Artists Release Party and SOMUCH MORE!!! This event will provide a great marketing prospect for your Brand. In addition over the ten months, this is a great way to market and promote yourself. Hype Underground Cypher Series will be an entertaining event that promotes overall participation and diversity.
