Introduction

Wentworths Department of Technology Services offers a Laptop Program that supplies all of its full-time students and faculty with a laptop. What changes could DTS implement to increase its satisfaction rate among the student body?

Allow students to have their pick between Mac and PC, with full disclaimer about using non major laptops (ie, Mac for an Engineering Student)

I am very grateful for being provided a laptop and the support for them is great, but I honestly wish that students, in majors that are able, should be able to choose their laptops.

The W530 is built like a goddamn Sherman Tank. It's extremely powerful and I really like that, but I don't need it and would much rather have a lightweight Mac. The W530 is bulky and cumbersome, and I hate carrying it around all the time.

Conclusion
Looking at the Satisfaction Rate of Wentworths Laptop Program, among current students, showed us that students are satisfied with Wentworths Department of Technology Services, but would prefer the option of specific pricing for their laptops and the option to choose their model of the four offered.
