Check this first - From the cam sensor connector #1 and #2 should be 3.7 11.

With the ignition on and the camshaft position (CMP) sensor connector disconnected, the voltage between terminal #1 and ground terminal should be approximately 5 V.

Check -Here is the specification we used using a Witech scanner. Pulse width modulation PWM signal the frequency is 35 at idle with 2.5 V
