With reference of IDN No. QA/IMS/OBS/13 Dated 22-08-13 and STORES/SB-266/INSP/2013 dated 2708-13 Please note.

The Corrective action request (CAR) No. 28 was issued on 21/08/2013 to Stores department as per regulations of KSEW. But by the relevant documentation attached with IDN Ref# STORES/SB266/INSP/2013 it is clear that the CAR is to be looked over by Ship Building department. The following CAR is now addressed to M (SB); a copy has been sent to GM (SB). Please look into the matter as it is violation of ISO 9001:2008 Clause 5.2 and 7.2.1 (Customer Requirements Related to Products)
