i. Briefly Chapters 5 & 7
Sale of Good
j. Type of goods
k. Passing of goods
l. Property and risk
Consumer Protection Provisions under Decree



Section B Compulsory Question (16marks)
i. S.O.G (Question in parts)
ii. Types of goods and rules re passing of property and risk
iii. Spend at least an hour


Section C Short answers (6 questions attempt 4 24 marks)
