Allow plenty of time to set-up before audience Test kit Health & Safety tape down wire/matting Crew not turning up communication strategy and contingency plan Weather contingency plan of shoot (shoot on Friday) Rains during shoot umbrellas and bin bags/covers. Batteries/disc space take spare Equipment stolen or lost Equipment being broken not having enough time to set-up Fire Make sure camera is rolling keep checking the time code Do not pause the camera as it will cause editorial problems.
