Subject: Participation in Winter Trekking in Murree Hills

Dear Sir,
As we have received an invitation from Alpine Club of Pakistan to
participate and represent the university in the Winter Trekking, We would like to
nominate 10 students/Members of the club/players of Mountaineering, Trekking,
and Hiking team.
It is therefore requested that an advance amount of Rs.18, 000/ be granted as
participation fee of the players in the hike.
