Coordinate with the VP Ed on the program.
Invite and confirm speakers and role-players
for assigned meeting nights.
Submit line-up to the VP Ed on the Tuesday
before the meeting (complete with speech
details, names, norms, etc.).
Promote the meeting by sharing the invite
posted by the VP PR through various media
email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Bring guests to the meeting.
Assign a Guest Relations Toastie/ B&T
Ambassador to focus on entertaining guests.
Select a theme-related Word of the Night.
Circulate attendance sheet and submit to VP
Mem.
Perform other related tasks.
Attendance 1 point
Deliver Speech 2 points (Okay to deliver in other clubs as
long as point is credited to manual.)
Play a meeting role 1 point (Double role still counted as 1
point)
Achieve a norm 25 points
Bring a guest 1 point
Sponsor a new member 2 points
Convince a former member to reinstate 2 points
Attend team building activitiy 1 point
Join contest 15 points to Club winner
On-time payment of dues 1 point
