At least 10 yrs experience in the field
Demonstrates exceptional expertise in the field
Must have successfully handled not less than 3 different
Departments in the Organization
Must have successfully served as Associate Director for 3
years
Compensation and Benefits
15%-50% more than the highest paid Associate Director
Additional 2 days Vacation Leave with Pay
