Tender Notice

The MSME Development Institute is inviting sealed quotations for supplies and services related to the National Vendor Development Programme being held on October 18-19, 2014 in Hyderabad. Quotations are requested for (1) printing souvenir books, (2) erecting exhibition stalls and flooring, (3) jute folders, and (4) catering working lunches. Quotations must be received by October 10th and include all applicable taxes. The Director reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without explanation.

The rates should be quoted per book for Item no:I-1, per stall basis for item no II-1 &
Per Sq.ft basis for Item noII-2, per Single kit for item III-1, Per Plate wise for item no: IV-1.
The tender must be quotated including service taxes and other taxes as applicable as per
government rates. Pl note that for Item no:III-1 (Jute Folder Kit, Single Fold with Kalamkari
Border and single colour printing) may be required depending on the necessity/Requirement.
The validity of the Quotation for tender should be Minimum Three months from the
date of opening tender.
The sealed quotations should be addressed to The Director, MSME-Development
Institute, Narsapur cross roads,Balanagar,Hyderabad-500037.The cover containing the
Quotation should be superscribed as Quotations for NVDP at Hyderabad.
The agencies should quote their PAN Number and service tax registration number in
the quotation along with copy of a proof. TDS will be applicable as per norms.
The quotations should reach this office on or before 10th October,2014 by 3PM.
The Director, MSME-DI, Hyderabad shall be the final authority and reserves the
right to accept or reject the quotations without assigning any reasons.
