Chinese Limiting factors:
Raw material shortage:
Because of that, China still uses the acetylene route to produce
VCM which is an old technology for VCM production.

Transportation facility:
The port for export and import out of China as stated below:
(1) Export to Japan: Nearest port (Port of Tianjin) to Port of
Yokohama.
(2) Export to third country: Nearest port (Port of Tianjin) to
Port of Los Angeles.
(3) Import from Japan: Port of Yokohama to nearest port (Port
of Tianjin).

Labour supply:
labour min wage is 3.60/hour in USD$ .
engineer at 2,004 USD$ /month
managers at 3,735 USD$/month
workers at 1,522 USD$/month
