What Is Design Thinking?

Design thinking promotes divergent and convergent thinking, risk-taking, and iterative prototyping. It is a human-centered approach that uses constructive play, role playing, and representing ideas to understand problems and iteratively build solutions through prototyping. While the process is not always smooth, design thinking allows for redirecting and pivoting when needed.
