The phase of design begins with the realization from a prototype so as to train super users and to define
the target solution quickly. It aims at:

Training
The purpose of the training services is to enable First party end users to use the
application. Training activities are customized to serve this purpose and do not
cover general product skills or official product courses.
Representatives from IT and each Line of Business must attend these training
sessions to be able to train the trainer after the training services completion.

The product include (ERP applications, Web portal and mobile interface) to cover the scope of
work mentioned in the below, and the interface will be in English Language and any Bi-lingual
requirements for additional Languages, including in Arabic is to be made through change order
