STEP BY STEP OPERATING PROCEDURE


We have 7 steps.
1. Clean sealant nozzle and needle valve before and after operation
Uninstall sealant nozzle and needle valve.

Clean all of them by thinner.

Assemble them again.

Finish.

2. Control valve
Connect air compressor and sealant needle valve by air hose No.3. Air
hose No.3 must have air valve No.4.

Connect sealant pump and sealant nozzle by sealant hose.

3. Electric connection
Connect electric wire of air compressor and circuit breaker of power
supply. Turn it on.

4. Sealant barrel positioning


Inspect rubber seal broken or not.

Turn on air valves No.2 and No.3.

Insert sealant barrel.

Use air control lever to control level of sealant pump.


Turn LEFT air control lever to push sealant pump UP.
Turn MIDDLE air control lever to keep sealant pump STOP.
Turn RIGHT air control lever to pull sealant pump DOWN.

Finish when level of sealant pump is lowest.

5. Sealant nozzle adjustment


Tighten all bolts of sealant nozzle and needle valve.

Control steel bar to adjust gap between of nozzle and panel to be about
1mm.

Adjust needle valve for the suitable flow of sealant size (about 3mm)

6. Sealant machine operation


Turn off air valve No.3. Turn on air valve No.4.

Turn on air valve No.5 when panel touch sealant nozzle.

Turn off air valve No.5 before cutting panel.

View of sealant has been filling.

When turning off air valve No.5, sealant has still been flowing out. We
should tighten needle valve.

7. Operation complete
Turn off air valve No.1 and remove air hose No.2.

Connect air compressor and air hose No.1.

Turn off air valve No.2, turn on air valve No.1.

Turn left air control lever to move up sealant pump. Then get sealant
barrel out.
