We will use the goods and their replicas, or the technology and software for civil use only.
We will never use them for the development or the manufacture of weapons of mass destruction
such as nuclear, biological or chemical weapons and missiles.
8. Assurance for re-sale, re-transfer, or re-export of the goods, or re-transfer of the technology
and software
We will never re-sell, re-transfer, or re-export the goods and their replicas, nor re-transfer the
technology and software.
However, in case we will re-sell, re-transfer, or re-export the goods and their replicas, or retransfer the technology and software owing to unavoidable circumstances, we shall obtain a prior
written consent from Yokogawa Electric Corporation.
