To whom It May Concern:

I am Justine Perez, and I am a senior who attends Sanger High School. These years have brought me to
the realization that rny life u,ill begin shorlly. When I think about college and a career, I can't help but
imagine the best for myself. I hope to eam a job that cares for the well being of animals. I believe I have
come across many good opporlunities that benefit my future career.
The goal I have set for myself is to head straight to a four year university after high school. I want to
study anirnal science aud become a vet. Being a vet has become my interest because of my love for
animals. I want to be a voice for the voiceless animals. To maintain these dreams reachable, I am going to

try to receive scholarships for college. A single mom raised me, so getting my education at a four year
universify is a huge goalto tackle alone. Although I come from a small town, I hope to pursue my dreams
in a big citS'. Once I have my career I lvant to continue to be happy and provide for my future family.

I{igh school has taught me many things that I will carry with in life. It has taught me to be determined and
focused no matter r,vhat was going on at the tirne. Throughout my years, I r,vas able to leam team working
skills in the classroom by constantly working in group projects. Various jobs you come across require
team effort to accomplish things together. I think because of these experiments difficult or easy, I got to
develop these skills. In my fiee time I enjoy volunteering at Second Chance Animal Shelter, by taking
care of animals and cleaning the shelter. I am involved with an aft internship at SAM Academy
downtor,vn that does several community activities. I also plan and create activities, and teach freshmen in
my link crew club al schcol. All of these opportunities have shown me what it is like to work hard, and
balance life out smaftly. I can manage time better now, and have improved my ambition. With these
essential traits I have adapted to, I believe I am ready to take on my future.
