• Event management generally means conceptualizing,
planning, organizing and finally executing an event.
• Events can bring community together for purpose of
fundraising, change a town or city’s image, expand its
trade, stimulate its economy, help companies to market
and introduce its product and also for the entertainment
of society.
• During the early part of the 1900s the industry had spent
up to Rs. 20 Corers, per annum on events. And in the last
couple of years, all the event companies are spending to
the tune of approximately Rs. 1,800 Corers, per annum.

• The main purpose of this study is to Progress and Prospects
of Event Management Company in Delhi.
• To study the present industry trends and analyze the
potential of event management industry.
• Identify the scope in terms of the service provided by them.
• Study the size of the events in terms of budget and the
gathering
• Study the problems faced by the event management
companies.
• Study the level of professionalism in the industry.
• The objective of this study is to understand the concept of
event marketing, its benefits and implementation process.
Research Methodology

• Primary research detailed discussions with event


management firms and the corporate clients.
• The secondary information was gathered from various
marketing journals and books on event marketing,
sales promotions and publicity.
• It reveled certain issues in event marketing which
need further attention and some suggestions have been
given to make the Event Marketing industry more
effective in order to utilize its full potential and be
mutually beneficial for the Event Marketing agency,
the Corporate and the customer

Event marketing involves canvassing and studying
the brand prints; understanding what the brand
stands for, its positioning and values, identifying
the target audience and liaison with the creative
conceptualizes to create an event for a prefect
mesh with the brand’s personality.

• UX Events & Media
• R2S Events & Solutions

These are the different companies about whom I have researched
about,
These companies provide different services to people.
Each & every company is specialized in in their field.
They deal at both micro and macro level of events
After studying & analyzing their work & services ,it revealed that
• Event marketing allows a company to break through the advertising
clutter and target an audience by enhancing or creating an image
through an association to a particular event.
• Conservative mentality doesn’t allow people to accept major
changes.
• Low awareness among the people about the benefit of event
companies.
• People should be made aware about the fact that hiring an event
management company would help them save time, efforts and cost.
• Based on the prior trend the expected number of events in future are
approx105, out of which the probability to provide services (partial
and complete both) is 56% the figure comes around to be 60 events
per annum.
