IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Attested photocopies of following documents must be attached with the application form:a. Educational / Professional Certificates/Degrees.
b. Domicile Certificate
c. Computerized National Identity Card.
d. Experience Certificate, if any.
e. Photocopy of discharge book of the Retired Armed Forces Personnel.
f. Disability Certificate issued by the Assessing Board of the District Headquarter Hospital (for Disabled persons only).
g. 2 fresh photographs (1 x 1 inch)
h. Equivalence Certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen or Higher Education Commission, in case of equivalent educational qualification.
i. Postal Order worth Rs.100/- in favour of Director FGEI (C/G) Directorate.
2. Further age relaxation is admissible as under:a.

recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas
for all posts under the Federal Government
(2) Candidates belonging to Sindh (R) and Balochistan for post in BPS-15
and below under the Federal Government
Released or Retired Armed Forces Personnel
Govt servants who have completed 2 years continuous Govt service on the
closing date of receipt of applications.
Disabled persons
Widow or son or daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service

15 years or the number of years actually served in the


Armed Forces of Pakistan, which ever is less.
10 years up to the age of 55 years
10 years (subject to provision of disability certificate).

Incomplete applications or without supporting documents will not be entertained.
The application received after due date will not be entertained.
Separate application form must be submitted for each post, in case applying for more than one post.
No TA/DA will be given for the test and interview.
