ARCHITECT REGISTERED AND LICENSED UNDER THE ACT.
ARTICLE IV SECTION 33;
DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS DULY SIGNED, STAMP OR SEALED AS INSTRUMENT OF SERVICES ARE
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES AND DOCUMENTS OF THE ARCHITECT.
REPUBLIC ACT 8293 SECTION 186:
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW : COPYRIGHT IN THE ARCHITECTURAL WORKS OF AN ARCHITECT SHALL
INCLUDE AND HAS RIGHT TO CONTROL ALL DRAWINGS.
