This form is a general form that can be used to make comments (either praise or concern) on
any matter within Harrington Grove Community. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
architectural changes, architectural maintenance, facilities or functions, committee activities,
common maintained property, usage, vandalism, or upkeep. Remember that positive
comments are equally important to the community. Go ahead and let someone know that you
appreciate his or her effort to improve our neighborhood!
Please include as much information as possible about the subject of the comment form
including EXACT date, time and address if applicable.
If the subject of the comment form is a residence, please include the street address and
neighborhood in which the residence is located. Please note that a complaint will be
considered only if the complainant resides in the same neighborhood as the subject of the
complaint, i.e. a complaint filed on a homeowner who lives outside your neighborhood will be
considered void.

For a complaint to be filed and reviewed by the Harrington Grove Board of Directors, three
homeowners other than the homeowner taking responsibility for filing the complaint need to sign
below. If a homeowner signs they are stating that they agree with the above written complaint.
