Robi introduces a call block service that allows customers to block unwanted incoming calls. For a monthly fee of 30 Taka, customers can add numbers to a blacklist to automatically reject calls from those numbers. Customers can also maintain a whitelist of numbers that can call them. The service can be activated by dialing 8181 and provides options to manage the blacklist and whitelist by SMS commands.
