 Subject: Quotation presented for AIR COOLED WATER CHILLER-INDUSTRIAL MODEL SAW-
60S-2 TONCOOLING SYSTEM 6000 K /hr – Regarding.

 Ref:-1.Quotation No. SEW6311/10/2010 dated 05/10/ 2010 addressed to us.


                                                                
     In continuation of discussion had with you on we are pleased to place the order  to supply AIR
COOLED WATER CHILLER-INDUSTRIAL MODEL SAW-60S-with the cooling capacity of 2 Ton in
accordance with the specifications found in your quotation in reference cited above subject to the
following conditions:-

 1.As an outset of our discussion the Purchase Order is hereby placed to you with the specifications found
in your Performa with the partial modification on the total cost of the above Chiller Plant arrived as Rs.
80000/- (Rupees Eighty thousand only) which has been finalized on discussion.

2. As the confirmation of our orders we pay a sum of Rs.40000/- towards the 50% of advance payable for
the supply of above Chiller in accordance to tour terms and conditions.

 3.The freight for the transportation, loading and unloading charges for the machinery shall be borne by
you and the machinery shall be delivered,  erected and commissioned at our ink unit site situated in the
name of Sri Balaji Industries, at Kanniamman Nagar, Vadamperumbakkam, Puzhal By pass Road,
Chennai – 61.

4. The rest of the payment will be made to you immediately on the successful commissioning of the
Chiller at our factory site at vadaperumbakkam, Puzhal, Chennai.

5. As a mark of acceptance of the purchase order, a copy of this letter may please be duly signed by the
authorized signatory of your company with official seal shall be forwarded to us immediately.

6. In case of dispute the final decision is subject to the jurisdiction of a court in city of Chennai.

 The receipt of the advance amount may please be acknowledged immediately.
