Monday: Development Review Committee

The Development Review Committee meeting on February 28, 2011 will review 4 development proposals: Horizon Hill proposing 3 lots on 6.35 acres; Hunting Hill Estates proposing 2 lots on 1.22 acres; Bowie Mill Property proposing 114 lots on 32.74 acres; and Woodmont Central Phases 1A, 1B & 2 revising plans for 2 lots on 2.59 acres.
