Application forms for registration can be obtained from the Office of the Examination Centres concerned against payment of Rs.15/- per a form. Duly filled and photo (attested) affixed application forms along with DCB statement in duplicated (one copy send to F.O) proof for payment of examination registration fee etc. through the Centres should reach the undersigned on or before 13.06.2011 Late applications recommended and forwarded by the Head of the Department will be accepted up to the last 20 days before the commencement of examinations only in the exceptional circumstances with the late fee of Rs.200/-(plus Rs.50/- and thereafter Rs.5/- for every days) as per the order No.Ac.A1/2035/99 dated 4th July 2003. In such cases, candidate has to remit the fee and fine as per rules along with the late fee for the consideration of the application by the University. Belated application will be summarily rejected without furnishing reason.
