To whom it may concern: Based on the typical installation diagram for the Meralco BWA Phase 3 as attached, you can use 1 lightning protection but it should be installed near the lDU. Regarding the grounding cable, the SAWG grounding cable should be enough as long as the grounding impedance is about 8ohms or less.
