We are agree to pay the total amount of the three Hundred ninety-three Million US Dollars (393.000.000,00 USD$) after the original documents of ABN in were deposited in the account opened by you in our bank following our invitation and our bankers call to the ABN bankers with Bankers trade codes for confirmation of validity of the original documents and the metal in the safe. As soon as we receive in our bank the originals of the Safe Keeping Receipt (SKR) of ABN-Amro Bank N.V. and its Bank Commitment Letter (BCL), the bank officers can contact each other to conclude this business.
