STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR ADMISSION Obtain application form & SB A/c opening form at the Admission Section (First Floor) Submit the filled form along with the necessary documents for Scrutiny in the Admission Section Scrutiny of the documents by the Office Staff/Superintendent Verification by the AAO/Registrar and introduction in SB A/c Form Obtain Cash Challan from Accounts Section (Ground Floor) Remit the Fee in the Campus Bank (Allahabad Bank)/Open SB Account Submit the Fees paid receipt & furnish SB Account number at the Admission Section Affix signature in the Admission Register Collect the Provisional Admission Order & Identity Card LIST OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED Admission Order (issued by CET/COMEDK/MANAGEMENT) Qualifying Exam Marks Card (II PUC/12th STD/Others) Study Certificate from the institution last attended Transfer Certificate(TC) Migration Certificate(in case of non-Karnataka Students) Proof of Date of Birth (SSLC/10th Std Marks Card) Photographs : Two latest Passport & Two Stamp size For CET candidates only 8. Caste Certificate in case of Reserved Category should apply for Scholarship/Freeship 9. Seven years Study Certificate in Karnataka 10. Certificate of Special Category such as Sports/ NCC/ Physically Challenged, Rural Study,Kannada Medium, Domicile quota,Horanadu & Gadinadu Karnataka, J&K, Defence & Ex-Defence & Ex-defence,Scouts & Guides & Others, if any IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please submit two photocopies of all the documents (duly attested by a Gazetted Officer), listed above, along with the ORIGINALS. Please note since the originals will be returned only after the verification by the University. Students are hereby advised to keep a minimum of five sets of attested photocopies of all the original documents. Candidates belonging to reserved category SC/ST/OBC are required to collect Scholarship/ Freeship application forms from the Administration Section during the admission and duly filled in form to be submitted along with Photostat copies of required documents to the Administration Section compulsorily.
