Lab Report For Venturi Meter

This document describes an experiment conducted by students to calibrate a Venturi meter. The objectives were to obtain a calibration curve for the meter, investigate the variation in pressure at the inlet and throat, and present results in a non-dimensional form. The experiment helped the students understand how Bernoulli's equation applies practically and the relationship between flow rate and pressure with respect to a Venturi meter. Measurements of differential head and flow rate were taken to establish the meter coefficient.
