1. Charge MTT, Zinc, Methanol, and Lime.
2. Slowly Introduce Acid (around 30 minutes). Exothermic reaction Occour. Temprature rise to 40 - 50C.
3. After completion of Acid, Co2 inJection Startfor 45 - 60 minutes.
After completion of CO2 injection, heat the mixture to 105 - 110 C . Water and Methanol will be eliminated. Quantity of Wate
