1992 – 2000 Member of the Academic Committee for urology specialization at


the Urology Department in King Fahd Hospital, Jeddah K.S.A.
For postgraduate training for Arab and Saudi Board of Urology.

2000 – 2004 Urology Consultant, and CME Coordinator at New Mowasat


Hospital, a leading Private Hospital in (Kuwait).
2004 – NOW Urology Consultant at King Khalid Hospital in Tabuks, a referral
Hospital for the Northern Region in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .

Activities & Practice: All modern urologic "Open-surgical" and "Endoscopic"


procedures, including Pediatric Urology, Laser applications and
ESWL.

Points of Special Interests: Endoscopic and Reconstructive Urology.

Scientific participations: - Member of the scientific committee of the 9th Saudi Urology Conference in Jeddah

- Paper on Endoscopic vs. Open Surgical repair in the management of urethral


strictures (study of 508 cases from our patients). Published in the 9th Saudi
Conference in Jeddah 1995.

- Paper on "Chronic renal failure a significant risk factor in the development of


acquired Renal Cystic disease and renal cell carcinoma" same conference.

- Lectures on Approach to the management in renal trauma.

- Lectures on Approach to the management in male urethral trauma.

- Participation in many Regional and international urologic conferences.

- Theoretic and practical Teaching activities as a senior consultant and member of


the Academic Committee in King Fahd Hospital (Jeddah/Saudi Arabia) for
Training of medical graduates seeking post-graduate training in urology as part of
"Arab Board" and "Saudi Board" of urology.

- Now working on the subject:( Early Elective Management of Posterior Urethral


injury, an alternative approach).
