Photograph must be without attestation because it will be scan for Result Card/Certificate.

All photographs must be size (1.5" x 1.5")

Face of the Candidate must be clear in photograph with sky-blue background.

Photograph shall be pasted with gum do not use stapler.

All photographs should be latest.

Their must be same picture on Admission Form and Computer Slip.

Do not detached Computer slip from the Admission Form.

Important Note: - Name, Father's Name and Address should be clear, neat and with in the blocks.
