Navodyami Training Program Application PDF

The Deshpande Foundation, working in northwest Karnataka region since 1996 has made remarkable contribution to building an ecosystem that encourages innovation and entrepreneurship, focusing on building relevant and responsive solutions to social issues. We took another step in this direction and launched a program, “Navodyami” 2013. We are glad to share that we have connected with more than 1500 entrepreneurs and provided assistance to more than 40 entrepreneurs through workshops on market orientation, Business plan making, mentorship sessions through experts in the industry, and are also provided with financial assistance. About Navodyami Navodyami seeks to unleash entrepreneurship at the bottom of the pyramid. Through this initiative we focus on the individuals that live in rural and peri urban area, have limited access to resources but have ideas and the aspiration to run their own enterprise. We realize that many of these ideas don’t have access to a formal network of resources such as banks, training institutions and so on. Navodyami seeks to fill these gaps and provide both resources and linkages to entrepreneurs who are willing to set up these enterprises in the Sandbox i.e. the districts of Gadag, Haveri, Dharwad, Uttar Kannada and Belgaum. Navodyami Training Program: This Navodyami training is available for new start ups and existed entrepreneurs. The Navodyami training based on business development workshop, training will be given for three days. Limited seats for the Navodyami training 4th batch and we will be charge minimum fees for the workshop. The training sessions will start on 20th March, 2013, to know more about training go through following lines. Market orientation: Through a series of customized workshops, candidates will conduct market mapping exercises and receive customer feedback on their product. They also learn about market share, competition, and customer choices. Business plan creation: This workshop translates high-end business expertise into Navodyamis' language. Entrepreneurs will learn to calculate cash flow projection and working capital needs, and\determine projection of business viability. Highlights of Training program: 1000+ candidates have gone through Navodyami training program and each one has increased their business two time turnover by the help of Navodyami training program. Many entrepreneurs have changed their Marketing Strategy because earlier they were sailing different products but now they are sailing products based on customers need. Each entrepreneur will be getting direct specialized mentors (food entrepreneur, handicraft, decorative product) for their business development in Navodyami training. Many Entrepreneurs applied market survey strategy for their product development and it helped to do unique in their product in their business. Eligibility Criteria for the training candidate Should be environment friendly and follow ethical practices. Must have the scope of becoming viable in the foreseeable future. New start up or existed business, 0 to 5 lakh rupees turnover candidates can apply for the training batch. We will be charge minimum fees for the training workshop and training will be given 3 days.

Deshpande Foundation (India) is proud to launch Navodyami 2013, Training Batch. We aim to
Encourage the growth of small businesses in the districts of Belgaum, Dharwad, Gadag, Haveri
and Uttar Kannada-otherwise known as the Sandbox region. Deshpande Foundation, founded by
Gururaj (Desh) and Jaishree Deshpande in 1996 promotes social entrepreneurship by hosting,

The program is organized trainings on market orientation, Market Survey, Business development strategy
and business plan, for the micro and small scale entrepreneurs.

The Navodyami training Application fees pay on the name of Deshpande Educational Trust
Hubli and 500 rupees training fees for each candidate. The training will be provided for three days
and Navodyami training date will be inform you in the Month of March.
