W10 Bridge Rectifier Datasheet

W005 - W10 are silicon bridge rectifiers with ratings of 50 - 1000 Volts for peak reverse voltage and 1.5 Amps for maximum average forward current. Key features include glass passivated chips, high reliability, low reverse current and forward voltage drop. The rectifiers have plastic cases with epoxy and solderable terminals. Maximum ratings and typical electrical characteristics like forward voltage, reverse current and thermal resistance are provided for the different models. Derating curves show relationships between parameters like output current, surge current, forward characteristics and reverse characteristics.
