Gated communities provide services to their members and maintain a database of home and apartment information. This project aims to create a web application for gated communities to manage user requests for services, client responses, and administrative functions. The application will have three user roles - users can request services and view responses, clients can provide services and view requests, and administrators manage the database. GATED-WAY COMMUNITY & SERVICES

Gated communities are neighborhoods enclosed by walls or fences, and providing services to members in that community. In those services we can provide online food services, marketing, travel agency..etc. Some gated communities may even have their own places of worship. Gated communities exist throughout the United States. Gated communities are designed to providing services and maintaining the database about the homes and apartments are located. There are a number of reasons that individuals from all walks of life may choose to live within the enclosures of a gated community. Gated communities are not reserved for the upper class and the wealthy or for the most affluent of cities. Gated communities can be found in many towns in every state. In USA Today, it was estimated that nearly seven million families lived in gated communities, and four million of these families lived in a community where it was impossible to gain access without some sort of security clearance. Residents of gated communities may own their own home, or they may rent from someone else. Residents of gated communities represent all different racial groups.

Objective:
The main aim of this project is to create a web application which maintains the Database and the information about various services which can be useful for various gated way communities.

Description:
Mainly there will be 3 roles that will be interacting with the system such as user, client and Administrator. The main functionalities of user are registered with entire details, login into site, sending request for services and receiving response from client. The client will be registered in the specific community, receiving request from User and providing service to them. Administrator will be mediator between client and User, maintaining entire database. Gated communities are residential areas, ranging in size from individual streets and neighborhoods to entire cities, enclosed by walls and gates that are intended to prevent unauthorized entry by nonresidents. In many gated communities further protection against the outside world is provided by private security guards and electronic security systems.

This system mainly involves the maintaining the details about the users queries and their feedback in a community, if any visitor wants to visit our website then that information gathered during the feedback In this project we have to maintain clients also for getting services from clients. Any client can registered in our site and provide their services according to request sand by a user. In this project every information will be maintained in the database.

Scope:This system can be used by any gated way community which wants to maintain the database and utilize the various services provided by the application.
