The Present Continuous - We use it to talk about things happening RIGHT NOW, actions that start in the past

and continue up to now and beyond. - Ex She is walking to school.

S + Be [not]+ Verb-ing + O. They are not going home. COMMON ERROR: Forgetting the verb be - She not going home.

Using the wrong form of be - He are going home. Not adding ing He is go home.

I am You are He/She/It is We are They are

Y/N Questions Be + S + Verb-ing + O? Ex Are you listening? Yes, I am. No, Im not

Is she doing her homework? Yes, she is. No, she isnt.

Wh- Questions Wh- + Be + S + Verb-ing + O? Ex. Where are you going after school?
