Description: This is an Inventory Management System developed to maintain Stock details for a Company. The main Objective of this system is, Maintaining Stock Details in Master Maintenance Calculating and Maintaining Stock Details in Issuing Transaction & Receiving Transaction. The Inventory Master Maintenance screen deals with entire Stock maintenance of the Store. Master Maintenance has the provision for adding a new stock to the store. Editing the Stock details, displaying it, Logical deletion of the stock are the other provisions in it.

The raw material purchase was systemized and after purchasing, materials Duration : Sep02 May03 distributed to various units of company are also done through the system. In this project, the main objective was to maintain raw material purchase and after raw material were purchased it is distributed to various units of company by releasing DC i.e. (delivery Chelan and maintaining a Description: voucher through the system. The raw material purchase depends upon the pick notes. Pick notes gives the details, about the amount of finished team. In this project, we are systemizing the sales order that is pure transaction between customer and supplier. The objective is to accept customer inquires and supply of the goods to the customer by considering various documents and processing needs, supplier and scrutinizes the requirement and records them as inquiry, which contains the details of product, quantity price etc. The customer, will be issued receipt of inquiry slip/sales order contains all the particulars like customer address, payment terms, delivery terms, item code, quantity etc pick notes are prepared for each order based on the stock availability and delivery date. Sales invoice is prepared for every pick note and stock is reduced to the extend.
