It is assumed that all vendor data will be available by 31-Jan-2012 & 90% model review will be conducted accordingly on 07-march-2012.
90% model review is scheduled on 07-March-2012. Hence 1st week of March and thereafter 2 weeks will require model review preparation & tag closure efforts.
Iso Production during this period will not be possible.
Iso Production for Train-1 can be completed only after 90% model review tag closure. Also isos of affected lines of Train-2,3,4 cannot be started.
Hence this schedule does not look feasible.
