Ensure maximum system Uptime by supervising all critical, major and minor alarms and get them resolved appropriately within shortest span of time and providing solutions so that such a problem is not encountered again.

Analysis & Measurements of Radio & Traffic Reports. Analyzing TCH BLOCKING, CF ALARMS, SDCCH BLOCKING.

Regular System Health Checks, System Backup of MSC, BSC as well as of HLR on optical discs which includes both CP and AP Backup.

Familiarity with alarms in the Network i.e. BTS related (RF loop test failed, VSWR HIGH, TF sync fault), BSC related (Size Alteration event, Trapool Handling), External alarms etc. RBS configurations upgrade or degrade.

Familiar with Ericsson RBS 2206, 2954, 2964. GB link & Ater Augmentation.

Definition of new Cell Sites in the BSC in Coordination with the Radio Department as and when required by them. (As new cell sites keep on getting added to avoid congestion) and get the definition of neighbor cells. Immediate action to be taken in case of any Digital Path or C7 Signaling Link failures. Implementation of the CRN, s issued. Managing team which includes OMC and FO Engineers.

Previous Job: Worked for IMPLEMENTORS (Jammu) on the project of DISHNET WIRELESS PVT. LTD. As BSS Engineer for the One Year and coordinating the O&M Team.

Job Profile:

Operation & Maintenance of Ericsson Based AXE-810 (R12 APZ 212/50). Troubleshooting of major alarms like Cp/Size Alteration/RP/EM/SNT/sub SNT faults. DT (data transcript) preparations for MSC and BSC related activities. Defining and changing of all type of MSC related data like B-Number Analysis Table, Route Parameters and Forwarding Analysis. Supervision of call flow in all the routes connected to the Mobile switching center (MSC). Preparation and Loading of all type of data required for Implementation of SS7 Links between GMSC, MSC of other Private Operators. Ater interface management for BSC/RBSC. Radio resource management. Taking system Backup on DAT . New Sites Creation, Integration and Swap. BSS fault Monitoring and taking Corrective action. Timely Backup and Routine Health Checkup of all Nodes. Addition of Transcoder pools (FR/HR/AMR). Analysis of customer complaints on issues like bad coverage, call drop, handover problem etc. Knowledge of MTP, SCCP Routing. Familiarity with alarms in the Network i.e. BTS related (RF loop test failed, VSWR HIGH, TF sync fault), BSC related (Size Alteration event, Trapool handling), External alarms etc Different type of Call testing for various scenarios Preparation of Various Reports and Power point presentations regarding BSS dat Tro ubleshooting of major alarms like cp/size alteration in MSC/BSC.

Preparation and Loading cell DT of new and existing sites. Ater and GB Link Augmentation.
